Working for the future
BUCHEN Industrial Services has an extensive fleet of vehicles, including trucks for all our cleaning services, catalyst operations and the transport of waste streams. Thanks to the wide availability of our trucks and equipment, we can respond quickly and efficiently to any cleaning assignment or waste transport.
A specialized fleet
BUCHEN Industrial Services' fleet of vehicles includes vacuum trucks, combi-trucks, vacuum trucks for dry substances and a wide variety of high-powered high-pressure units. Moreover, we have extensive high-pressure tools such as high-pressure tank cleaning heads and nozzles. Thanks to various mobile and fixed installations with corresponding accessories, we can use the right technology for every service we offer. In addition, our fleet includes several containers for waste transport and hauling options for both hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Technology that is good for people and the environment
At BUCHEN Industrial Services, we use only modern techniques and technologies that are automated and mobile as much as possible. This allows our personnel to perform every job in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Our techniques are the basis for a flexible and expert solution to the most diverse cleaning and waste management requirements.
High-pressure pumps
BUCHEN Industrial Services uses various pump and body types to generate a high-pressure water jet.
- High-pressure pumps up to 1,400 bar
- Ultra-high pressure pumps up to 3,000 bar
This technique is used for:
- Cleaning of tanks, pipelines and heat exchangers
- Cutting tanks, mounting openings and reinforced concrete
- Clean-up of concrete surfaces
Vacuum trucks for dry substances
BUCHEN Industrial Services also has vacuum trucks capable of sucking in dry substances through air movement.
This technique is used for:
- Collection of dusty, dry, pasty and liquid media from tanks, steel plants, power installations and mines, for example.
- Bulk transfer of material to Big Bags.
Vacuum trucks
Vacuum trucks mainly operate where the released rinse water and waste must be drained off. In addition, our vacuum trucks can also be used to transport waste to the waste processor.
This technique is used for:
- Extraction and filling of liquids, sludge, etc.
- Waste transport
Combi-Units
The Combi-Units can combine the features of the high-pressure truck and the vacuum truck. This brings an important advantage to specific cleaning applications. Depending on the strength of the pump, we have:
- A low-pressure combi (up to 250 bar)
- A high-pressure combi or industrial combi (up to 1,000 bar)
This technique is used for:
- Cleaning sewers.
- Cleaning with high flow rate rinse water.
